Start with brushing your teeth! Or at least a mint or some gum!

HOW DO YOU FRENCH KISS? Always start off with a regular smooch. Or more than one. Then, you can slowly start opening your mouth, while still keepin' it dry - could be tricky! Don`t bump noses. An optional part is to use both of your lips and "hug" your sweeties bottom lip. After a couple of these soft, affectionate smooches, slowly slide part of your tongue into their mouth. In order to avoid any potential romantic embarrassment, try and make sure their mouth is open before doing this! (after all, your partner could be new to it also!) If your sweetie opens up her/his mouth more, then that is your strong cue that a more intense smootch francaise (hmmm... or more tongue) is okay. But, if not, then just stick to a little bit of tongue and pull back occasionally to observe his/her reaction, while still giving him/her little "pecks."

Some people really like the passionate forcefulness of a strong smootch, while others just like the tongues to barely touch. It's all about finding out what your sweetie likes and combining it with your own style.
